Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Teal, you will be responsible for driving revenue by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that clients receive the best solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various outreach methods.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
