As a Product Designer at Teal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our digital products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product management, and customer success—to design intuitive, user-centered solutions that solve real-world problems. This position requires a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, usable interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user problems and design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Maintain and contribute to the Lumora Design System to ensure consistency across products.

• Present design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user behavior, and business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (B2B or B2C).

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.

• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
