Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As a Sales Developer, you will play a critical role in the early stages of the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, contributing directly to our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine potential fit.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives to advance the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.
