Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Developer, you will play a critical role in the early stages of the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, contributing directly to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels.

  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.

  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine potential fit.

  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives to advance the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.
