Position Overview: As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations functions that support our sales team. This includes managing sales data, optimizing CRM systems, refining sales processes, and providing actionable insights to leadership. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our sales team operates at peak efficiency and that our sales strategies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the sales processes and workflows.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting is a plus.
